Peru's rich coffee culture is deeply rooted in cooperative structures, particularly for small farms. Coffee is often grown on small plots of land, intercropped with shade trees, bananas, corn, and beans. They meticulously oversee the harvesting and sorting of cherries before embarking on depulping, fermenting, washing, and drying the coffee.
Coffee from the Americas can offer rich chocolate and brown sugar tastes with hints of fruit coming through.
